In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
You can delete your Berlina account and your personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent: you will lose your ride history, your ratings and your saved payment methods.
Option 1 · From the app (recommended)
- Open Berlina and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete my account.
- Confirm the deletion. Your session will be closed when it finishes.
Option 2 · By email
Write to soporte@berlina.app from your account email with the subject “Delete my account”. We will send you a message to verify that you are the account holder; the deletion only runs after that confirmation.
Some data may be kept for as long as the law requires.
