Verified background and biometrics
No driver goes out on the road without identity, document and background verification.
Confirmation code before you get in
Your ride has a four-digit code. You tell it to your driver and confirm that this is your ride and your car.
SOS with your location
When you activate it, support and your contacts receive your alert and your exact location within seconds.
Automatic route deviation alert
If the car strays far from the route or makes an unusual stop, the app detects it and sends an alert without you doing anything.
Trusted contacts
Up to three people can follow your ride live and receive every alert. You decide when to turn it on.
Code words and silent alert
Agree on code words with your contacts or use a phrase in the chat: you ask for help without anyone noticing.
Silent voice
Choose a keyword. If you say it out loud during the ride, we trigger the SOS without touching the phone. Everything is processed on your device.
Encrypted audio recording
You can record the ride. The audio stays encrypted on your phone and is only used if you file a safety report.

What is Berlina?
Berlina is a ride-hailing app designed for women, with women drivers. You request your ride from your phone, meet your driver before getting in and ride with safety tools on every trip.
Who can use Berlina?
Any woman with a phone. You can request rides for yourself or for another woman, and ride with children and pets.
Are all the drivers women?
Our drivers are women and that is Berlina’s priority. If at some point there were no drivers available near you, we would tell you clearly before assigning the ride and you could decide.
How do I know it is my ride and my driver?
Before getting in you see her name, her photo, the car and the plate. Your ride has a four-digit code that you tell your driver to confirm.
How do I pay?
In cash, by card or with your Berlina Wallet. You can also use discount codes, points and split the fare with your friends.
What if I feel unsafe during the ride?
You have the SOS button in sight, automatic route deviation alerts, trusted contacts who follow your ride and code words to ask for help without anyone noticing.
